New, if not Improved.
So another Friday night in so I've done what any well adjusted individual would do, I've had a subtle re-design. Check out the frankly ridiculously sexy new banner, the less cluttered background (thanks Danny), and for the obsessively observant amongst you, yes; the blog is slightly wider now. Personally I like the slightly starker new design, but at the same time I realise that there are many die hard 'hay' fans out there who are no doubt crying into there Cocoa as we speak. To them I can only apologise, but - and whisper this quietly - if you scroll right down you will notice that a touch of the yellow stuff has survived. I couldn't quite bear to get rid of it all. Night.

I suppose that if I had really thought about it, I *could* have just linked you to the gradiated top bar that I'd made, but then where would we be? You'd have my terrible photoshopping skills at the top of your page and the rest of us wouldn't be graced by genuine OldMac.
I swig a smidgen of sake in appreciation. Slainte!
